Who is this consultation for?

SMB owners and leadership teams who want practical technology adoption, clearer operations, and measurable outcomes—without complexity or hype.

What outcomes should I expect?

You’ll leave with clarity on what to do first, what to postpone, and a tailored action plan you can execute (or implement with my support if needed).

Will I receive a roadmap after the call?

Yes—typically a structured summary of findings, priorities (quick wins vs. strategic initiatives), and recommended next steps.

Do you implement solutions or only advise?

Both. The consultation is advisory by design; implementation can be offered afterward based on fit, scope, and timeline.

What if I’m not sure which service I need?

That’s exactly what the consultation is for—turning uncertainty into a clear decision and a plan.

Booking, Payment, and Policies

How do I book a consultation?

Submit the booking request form with your preferred time and a short case summary; you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.

How does payment work?

Payment is made via bank transfer after the time slot is confirmed. Payment details will be shared by email or your chosen contact method.

When is my booking considered confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed after payment is received (or after you share a transfer reference/proof of payment—depending on what’s agreed).

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable, and no-shows are charged in full to protect scheduled time.

What timezone will be used?

The session is scheduled based on your selected timezone (Africa/Cairo by default unless you choose otherwise).

Confidentiality, Preparation, and Fit

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Everything shared in the consultation is treated as confidential and used only to assess your case and recommend next steps.

How should I prepare?

Bring a short overview of your current workflow/tools, the main pain points, and what success would look like in the next 90 days.

Can I share documents or screenshots?

Yes—sharing a brief summary in the form is enough. If needed, you can send supporting files after we confirm your slot.

What if we had a bad tech experience before?

The consultation starts with clarity and risk reduction: we identify what went wrong, what to avoid, and the safest pilot-first approach moving forward.

Will you recommend specific tools?

Recommendations are outcome-driven and tool-agnostic. Tools are suggested only when they clearly support the business goal and adoption plan.

What if we’re not ready to implement right now?

That’s fine. You can use the roadmap internally and return later when timing is right—many clients treat it as a decision framework.
